Hauser named Senné’s executive director of residential brokerage

by Liz Hughes

Former Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty COO Deborah Hauser has joined real estate advisory and investment firm Senné as executive director of residential brokerage.

Hauser will focus on traditional brokerage practices and new development advisory initiatives, including hiring, growing marketplaces and long-term strategic planning for the firm’s residential group.

Hauser will oversee Senné’s East Coast operations, as well as recruiting and coaching. She will also work to advance the company’s growth initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions in Greater Boston and beyond.

“Deborah Hauser is a logical addition to our exceptional residential brokerage services,” Senné President and CEO William Senné said in a press release. “Her leadership will be key as we build out and continue to expand our strong real estate base. Talent recruitment is a top priority and something that we take very seriously here at Senné and Deborah joining our team reinforces this. We anticipate the residential real estate market will continue to thrive for the foreseeable future, and with Deborah at the helm, we are poised to capitalize on the hot residential trends.”

At Sotheby’s International Realty, Hauser managed the company’s top office for eight years and became a regional manager before taking on the COO role.
