Coldwell Banker names Boston agents in year-end awards

It’s awards time for Coldwell Banker, and a team in Cambridge has taken top honors. The 2019 Coldwell Banker Awards named Cambridge’s Gail Roberts, Ed Feijo & Team of Coldwell Banker’s Cambridge location, as winner of the Agent Team Honors category for total adjusted gross commission in North America.

“The Coldwell Banker network affiliated agents, brokers and managers honored this year are truly trusted real estate advisors who are leaving their mark on the world of real estate,” Ryan Gorman, president and chief executive officer of Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC, said in a press release. “These agents are the best of the best. They’ve embraced change and stepped up their game to exceed sales and volume goals.”

New name for real estate mega-brand

NRT, the parent company of Coldwell Banker, Corcoran and Sotheby’s International Realty, announced this week they would change their name from NRT to Realogy Brokerage Group.

“As Realogy continues to transform from a holding company to a true operator of leading residential real estate brands, brokerages and businesses, we have made significant progress in simplifying our organization to focus on our core drivers,” Realogy President and CEO Ryan Schneider said in a statement. “Renaming our operating segments further streamlines how we communicate the real estate services we offer and amplifies the Realogy name across the primary work we do.”
