Transaction management and CRM companies join forces

Lone Wolf and Real Estate Webmasters announced this week that they will be teaming up to expand what they offer agents and brokers.

Lone Wolf, which works with 700,000 real estate professionals across Canada and the U.S., is primarily known for its transaction management tools, including online form management, digital document storage, MLS integration and accounting services. Real Estate Webmasters focuses on the pipeline side of the business, serving over 75,000 professionals across North America with real estate websites, CRM services and lead generation software. Lone Wolf will discontinue its current website offering and will offer current users the ability to transition to the more advanced Real Estate Webmasters product.

HomeLight buys digital mortgage company

HomeLight, a Google-backed company that matches sellers with agents and cash buyers, announced this week that it has acquired Eave. The startup offers a proprietary software platform that automates around 70 percent of the mortgage process, underwriting in 24 hours from an application that takes as little as 30 minutes to complete. They also guarantee a 21-day close. HomeLight’s Home Loans division launches at the same time, currently serving borrowers in California, Colorado, Washington, Oregon, Pennsylvania and Texas.
