by Boston Agent

Sara’s 36-year career in real estate has been focused on her clients and giving back to the community. In the offices she has worked in, she has organized and participated in various collection boxes such as drives for local food pantries, holiday gift giving, winter coat donations, school supplies collections and women’s toiletries drives for shelters. She also provides donation drop-off support to her seller clients as they prepare for their move.

Sara is very fortunate to be a very successful real estate agent and manager during her career and uses her success donate to many different organizations.

Over the past 26 years, Sara has been an active volunteer for Community Servings and very involved in their largest fundraiser, Pie in the Sky, serving on the Pie Committee for 22 years. She will be the co-chair of the 2018 event for the 11th year in a row. Last year, Community Servings raised over $800,000 from selling pies and encouraging donations. Coldwell Banker has been a sponsor of this event for many years.  In 2015, the Greater Boston Association of Realtors recognized Sara’s work with the Good Neighbor Award.

“Thank you for my nomination for the Charitable Service Award for the 2018 Agents’ Choice Awards. I am very honored to be nominated, and I want to thank Boston Agent Magazine staff for their inclusion of this category as a part of their awards program. I hope it inspires other real estate professionals to help the many charitable organizations in their communities. I would be honored to be recognized as the winner of your award, but my real reward is knowing that I have helped others in need.”

Finalists:

  • Mike DiMella, Charlesgate Realty
  • Maura Allard, Century 21
