The National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals released their top 250 Latino agents awards for 2016, and five Boston agents were among those honored.
Agents were nominated for their significant number of transactions and dedication to homeownership.
The five agents from the Boston area include:
- Michelle Fermin, Century 21 North Shore, Reading (157.5 transactions)
- Hudson Santana, Keller Williams Realty Cambridge – Santana Properties Team, Cambridge (99 transactions)
- Johan Lopez, Home Shop Properties, Inc., Methuen (54 transactions)
- Javier Bedoya, Century 21 Mario Real Estate, East Boston (48 transactions)
- Yanelys Martinez, RE/MAX Insight, Methuen (48 transactions)
