Two of the industry’s perennial powerhouses, Traci Shulkin and Jared Wilk have built their careers around relationships. When a buyer or seller hires The Shulkin Wilk Group, the duo’s goal is to create a relationship that goes well beyond the closing.
With a team of 10 seasoned Realtors, the group has agents residing in the different towns they cover, providing boots-on-the-ground intel for their clients, ranging from hyperlocal information to crosstown comparisons. But the team offers additional guidance and insights to their clients. “Our secret sauce is not only our experience, but our operations team,” Wilk says. “With our in-house marketing and social media coordinator, as well as someone designated solely to work with buyers and someone for sellers, our clients get a truly personalized experience.”
Clients know Shulkin and Wilk for their discretion and confidentiality, as well as consistent communication and straightforwardness. “We get called in to work with clients who want and need confidentiality, whether it is a divorce situation, high-end private client or professional relocation whose current company does not yet know of their plans,” Shulkin explains. “Our ability to respect our clients’ privacy truly is paramount.”
Wilk recently completed a term as president of the Greater Boston Association of Realtors. In a year of transition for the industry, he was in front of the issues as spokesperson for the nearly 10,000 members of New England’s largest local Realtor association.
Away from the office, Shulkin enjoys pickleball and volunteering for Land’s Sake Farm in Weston. Wilk coaches youth sports and serves on the board of the West End House Camp summer camp.
