A journey through the fashion industry, the fitness industry and motherhood eventually led Heather Reardon to a career in South Shore real estate. Having grown up in Cohasset, where she and her family now live after purchasing her childhood home in 2012, Reardon was already deeply connected to the South Shore. She also had the business acumen and a longtime interest in real estate and design, so she made the leap when the time was right.

Now a Realtor for five years, she leads the Heather Reardon Group at Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty. Creating the group was a highlight of 2024. “I love leading my team because it allows me to work with like-minded individuals who hold the same professional values as I do,” Reardon says. “I am their biggest supporter and want to see each of their individual businesses grow and make them the best agents they can be.”

Among other accolades, Reardon was named Boston Agent Magazine’s 2021 Rookie of the Year and made the South Shore Real Producers’ Top 200 Realtor List of 2025. Personal and professional referrals were a major part of her 2024 business, which she attributes to her hands-on approach. Clients describe Reardon as responsive and approachable with attention to detail. “My experience also puts my clients at ease because they can feel assured that I have seen a lot of different scenarios pop up over the years; I will know what to do and use my experience and problem-solving skills if any tricky situations arise.”

In the community, Reardon volunteers with the Cohasset Working Dog Foundation. A marathon runner and triathlete, she also stays active by hiking, boxing and weight training.
