Erika Ternullo has a passion for an unconventional schedule but was ready for more after working in the high-pressure luxury hospitality world. She was drawn to real estate, equipped with a natural ability to connect with people.

Today, Ternullo is the lead agent for the Karshis & Co. team, a role she relishes as an agent and a mentor. “Our success is driven by the strength of our team,” she says.
