Barbara Alavi’s passion for real estate started when she was a young girl accompanying her father during weekend showings to view various properties. Under her father’s wing, Alavi gained firsthand exposure to the purchase process on many of his personal and investment properties throughout Boston, New Seabury (on Cape Cod) and New Hampshire, down to Delray Beach and Palm Beach, Florida.

Alavi’s passion naturally evolved to development and design. As a managing partner and owner of a successful Boston development firm for over 10 years, and with many projects under her belt, she’s able to provide invaluable advice to clients on the purchase of investment properties. She approaches each real estate transaction with enthusiasm and a keen eye as she works closely with her clients to purchase or sell properties. Today, she serves Back Bay, the South End, Milton and other Boston suburbs.

Alavi feels her 18 years of experience in the industry, intricate knowledge of the market and expert negotiation skills achieve the best results for her clients. She earned a spot in her company’s Chairman’s Elite Club and is grateful for the repeat business and many referrals that come to her from prior clients who testify to her high level of performance. Alavi acknowledges that her success is a direct result of her loyal clients.

To give back, Alavi supports Friends of the Blue Hills, the Forbes House Museum, the Milton Police Charitable Foundation, St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, the Damon Runyon Cancer Research Foundation and The Hellenic Women’s Club. She also volunteers at Saint Catherine Greek Orthodox Church.
