DiScipio grew up “all over” New Hampshire and Massachusetts and for the last 20 years has lived in a North Shore home with her husband and three daughters. Early in her professional career, she worked in construction management for a large firm and enjoyed being part of the commercial building process. When she was laid off from that job 14 years ago, she was reluctant to get her Realtor’s license but determined not to stay down. “I wanted to show my girls that I wasn’t going to give up in the face of adversity and would improve myself,” she recalls. “I put my all into every aspect of the profession.” More than a decade later, the unplanned career change has become her passion.
