Peace Nguyen, Real Estate Advisor

Engel & Völkers Wellesley

For Boston agent Peace Nguyen, real estate has been a lifelong passion. With over 25 years of wealth management and real estate experience, Nguyen has been able to use her knowledge of building and protecting wealth to help her clients. New construction, investment properties, renovation projects, and traditional single-family homes and condos are among her specialties. She guides individuals and families through major life transitions such as marriage, birth of a child, divorce, having an empty nest, retirement and the estate sale process.

After obtaining her license and Certificate in Negotiation and Leadership from Harvard Law School, Nguyen was able to build a career that allowed her to prioritize family and community. “Becoming a Realtor has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made,” she says. “Helping others achieve their dreams is rewarding work, and I’m grateful for the opportunity.” With a strong work ethic and genuine drive to help others, she serves clients in Boston’s MetroWest area.

Nguyen is well-versed in nearly all facets of residential real estate and is able to relate to individuals from many walks of life. Client testimonials from satisfied buyers and sellers refer to her as the “consummate professional,” “highly skilled,” a “market expert,” a “hard worker” and a “friend.” Since earning her Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation, Nguyen has qualified multiple times for membership in the Million Dollar GUILD by the Institute of Luxury Home Marketing. She has also organically grown her social media following through education, partnering with industry experts, promoting small businesses and highlighting unique aspects of the communities clients live in.

When not selling real estate, Nguyen enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling and training her two Jack Russell Terriers. She’s also honing her renovation skills, having revamped four fixer-uppers in the last three years.
