Barbara Menard was born and raised in the Boston neighborhood of West Roxbury and attended St. Theresa’s School and Ursuline Academy before earning her BA from Boston College. A seasoned and well-respected real estate professional, she attributes her success to her experiences across 25 years in the financial services industry, managing and developing branches as well as a profitable lending department.

Menard learned along the way that hard work, along with quality service to her clients, would build and maintain relationships — which would in turn lead to sales success. She continues this approach in her day-to-day role with Team Impressa LLC, a boutique real estate brokerage in Newton, Massachusetts.

When not practicing real estate, Menard has a passion for giving back to the community she grew up in. She gives of her time to the Boston Public Schools through a non-profit literacy program for elementary school children, and also serves as the membership chair for the Evening Garden Club of West Roxbury, actively bringing in new members interested in gardening activities in the community.

Menard is an active member of MassLandords, Inc., a non-profit dedicated to creating better rental housing in Massachusetts. She currently lives in Walpole, Massachusetts with her husband, Rich and her cat, Olivia.
