In 2018, Robin Kelly, Brian Long, Nathan Ingham and Travers Peterson joined forces to create The Team – Real Estate Advisors at Coldwell Banker Realty to better serve buyers and sellers throughout Greater Boston. With more than 60 years combined experience and a diverse range of experience and expertise, The Team is well-positioned and prepared to advise and support clients through any transaction.
The Team represents a broad range of clients — first-time and experienced buyers and sellers, investors, landlords and developers — and works across a broad range of property types, from the mundane to the marvelous.
Team members, including associates Kevin Hunt and Austyn Dann, collaborate with one another in endless combinations to tap into the specialties and expertise needed to achieve each client’s goals and exceed their expectations. Beyond their years of real estate experience, each member brings to the table a valuable skill set and background — from Ingham’s law degree and years as a Boston attorney, to Kelly’s design education and MBA and Long and Peterson’s work in high end hospitality.
The Team members agree that their shared core values and personalized approach set them apart from other agents and teams. “First and foremost, clients understand that we have their best interests in mind at all times,” Ingham said. “We are all serious about raising the bar for service in our industry. Of course, we help clients buy and sell homes, but we think of ourselves as trusted advisors, not as salespeople.”
The Team proudly supports the Community Housing Assistance Fund, the Somerville Homeless Coalition and the Somerville Foundation for Animals. Team members are active in their communities through such organizations as Fenway Health and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, as well as the Somerville Historic Preservation Commission, where Kelly serves as vice chair. She is also vice chair of the Professional Standards Committee of the Greater Boston Association of REALTORS®.
