Malden native, second-generation Realtor and local investor Kristin Gennetti has a special background, having essentially “grown up” with her suburban Boston community. She’s witnessed the town’s recent transformation from a shuttered downtown into a renewed and bustling dining and gaming destination. Contributing to this transformation, Gennetti turned her vision into a reality, successfully opening a boutique real estate office in the heart of the downtown area. Now a 17-year professional in the real estate market, she continues to invest in and serve her community, as well as the larger Boston metropolitan area.

Recognized as a top Century 21 agent in Massachusetts and the No. 1 agent in Malden for the last three consecutive years, Gennetti explains, “I believe that my clients appreciate that I am their full-time advocate. Gennetti adds that in spite of the global pandemic, her team has never been busier and has adapted to provide the same white-glove service all clients expect and deserve from the team. Together, they sold in 46 ZIP codes in Massachusetts and southern New Hampshire last year. She’s proud to add that five of the agents in her group reached the Century 21 statewide top 100 leaderboard this year.

In 2020, Gennetti founded the Malden Business Connection, a group of over 100 local business owners who meet online weekly to help support one another. Whether it’s working with her clients, mentoring new agents, helping in the community or leading the Malden Business Connection, she strives to serve others.
