Entering his 11th year in the real estate industry, Benjamin T. Haywood is now a seasoned veteran. As Vice President of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Warren – Back Bay, Haywood specializes in working with buyers, sellers and investors within the greater Boston area. His most recent sales have included the neighborhoods Back Bay, Beacon Hill, South End, South Boston, Brookline, Newton, Natick, Somerville, Chelsea, Roslindale, W. Roxbury Everett and more.

Working primarily with repeat clients and referrals, Haywood is known for his steady temperament, wealth of knowledge and relatability. “I set realistic and honest expectations,” he says. “I am always fully committed to my clients.”

To highlight some of his most recent transactions, Haywood sold a $5.25 million off-market single-family home in Beacon Hill, a Millennium Tower two-bedroom condo, a single-family home in Newton, two single-family homes in Natick and a townhouse in Somerville. He now has his sights sets on a couple of his own projects.

Haywood is a recipient of the Gold award from Berkshire Hathaway’s Chairman’s Circle in 2015 and 2016 and was hailed as one of Boston’s Top 20 Agents in 2014. He is a Berkshire Hathaway Luxury Collection specialist and recently expanded his love of real estate by partnering with local developers. “I am always looking for a diamond in the rough,” he says.

Haywood has been a volunteer assistant coach for the Newton North varsity boys’ soccer team for the last seven years. He is an avid golfer, runner and “novice dog owner.” He and his wife, Leigh, a math teacher at Newton North, reside in South Boston and enjoy spending their summer months in Westport Harbor.
