With more than 30 years of experience in real estate, Irene Bremis, president and CEO of iBremis Realty Inc., earned the firm’s Diamond Club award this year. It is the highest performance honor bestowed by LAER, which stands for Local Agents, Extraordinary Results. With more than 500 agents, LAER is the largest independent real estate company in Massachusetts.

Bremis considers her partnership with LAER to be her most significant business accomplishment in the past year. Since she joined the company, she has begun pursuing certification as a Brian Buffini mentor and plans to expand the company’s territory to New Hampshire and Rhode Island.

iBremis Realty serves the Somerville, Medford, Cambridge, Arlington and Belmont markets, as well as all of New Hampshire. “I work with everyone from the first-time homebuyer to savvy investors and developers or real estate entrepreneurs,” Bremis said. “Clients have repeatedly spoken of our professionalism, perseverance and commitment to getting the job done while acting on behalf of their best interests.”

Consistently a top agent by market share in Somerville, Bremis has built up her office there to nine agents. Her goal is to soon grow to at least 50. “Our firm’s culture is one of cooperation that encourages each agent to become the best that they can be, with systems, tools and support that I believe to be unmatched by any other office in this area,” she said.

Bremis is a Seniors Real Estate Specialist, Relocation Certified Coordinator, Accredited Buyer’s Representative and Seller Representative Specialist and has also earned the Loss Mitigation Certification.

A member of the local Rotary Club and Lions Club, Bremis was instrumental in founding the Dreams for Youth Foundation. Also, her firm contributes to a foundation started by Greg Hill that benefits first responders.
