18 Donnell St. sale breaks Cambridge price records

A property at 18 Donnell St. in Cambridge broke the record for highest land price per square foot ever recorded in the city, selling for $2,695,000, or $539 per square foot.

The sale surpassed the highest recorded price per square foot of a single-family Cambridge home. The home’s 891 square feet of living area fetched $3,024.69 per square foot

Coldwell Banker Realty’s Barrie Naji was the property’s listing agent.
