Beacon Communities promoted LeAnn Hanfield Curtin to senior vice president of development.

As part of the company’s leadership team, she will oversee Beacon’s affordable and mixed-income residential portfolio across Massachusetts and Connecticut. She and her team are already in the process of closing on a mixed-use new construction Somerville development at 299 Broadway.

Prior to joining Beacon, Hanfield Curtin served as vice president at WinnDevelopment, where she worked for 12 years.
