Michelle Fermin of CENTURY 21 North East in Lawrence was inducted into the CENTURY 21 Dick Loughlin International Hall of Fame this week.
To be considered for the award, sales associates must be affiliated with CENTURY 21 at least 10 years, with 8 years at CENTURION-level production, including the current year, and demonstrate professional excellence and community service.

Fermin has been affiliated with CENTURY 21 for nearly 20 years and has led a GRAND CENTURION Team since 2017. Last year, her team was recognized as the #5 Top Latino Team by the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals.
