The Boston Globe has released its annual list of top places to work in Massachusetts, and several residential real estate companies made the list of 175 companies.
The Globe worked with employee engagement company Energage to determine the rankings from data gathered by nearly 68,000 workers at 323 Bay State companies who rated their employers across several metrics including leadership, values, training and benefits.
The companies were then ranked into four categories: small (50 to 99 employees), medium (100 to 249), large (250-999) and largest (1,000 or more).
For the second year in a row, Lamacchia Realty took the top spot on the list of 55 large companies. “We are honored to win this amazing award again! I cannot express how appreciative I am of all our wonderful people,” said Anthony Lamacchia, broker/owner.
Jack Conway & Co. of Hanover also made the list, ranking ninth.
