What was your most interesting job before going into real estate? Product Strategy at Reebok

Where did you grow up? The Metro West suburbs of Boston

Growing up, what did you want to be? A lawyer I’ve always been a good negotiator.

What do you do to relax when you’re stressed? Get outside and move. Spend time with my family.

If you could meet any well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why? Simone Biles to understand what it’s like to be the G.O.A.T.

What is Boston’s best-kept secret? It’s craft brewery scene top-notch!

What do you love most about the industry? Connecting with new people and building lasting relationships, whether it be with clients, other agents or lenders and attorneys. It takes teamwork to make each and every deal run smoothly!

How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? I’m personal and approachable and enjoy making the process fun and exciting for my clients. In addition to being an agent, I’m also a real estate investor, and I use the knowledge I’ve gained through that lens to advise and guide my clients on every step of the process. I closely follow market data, I’m an excellent negotiator and I fight for my clients as if it were my own deal to get them the best possible outcome.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job? It’s a tough market right now with constrained inventory and high interest rates. I work with buyers to navigate their budget and wish list and position their offers for the highest chance of success when we do find the right property. I also have great connections across institutional, portfolio and commercial lenders to help my clients find a competitive rate and terms for their loan.

What’s your best advice for generating new leads? Talk to people. Just get the conversation started then stay in touch.

What has been your greatest accomplishment? My first repeat client. It was an awesome feeling to know someone enjoyed working with me to the point that they wanted to do it again!

What are you binge-watching/reading/listening to lately? I’m currently watching “Suits” an oldie but goodie. You can find me listening to anything country.  I’m especially loving Morgan Wallen right now.

What’s your favorite meal in Boston? Little Donkey in Cambridge, Coppa in South End, Brewers Fork in Charlestown for pizza and an awesome beer list.

Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Boston? The brownstones surrounding Monument Square in Charlestown.

What’s the weirdest thing that’s ever happened to you on the job? A dishwasher erupted and flooded the kitchen during a home inspection.

What’s one thing people are surprised to learn about you? I invest in real estate myself.

What is your favorite vacation spot and why? Sugarloaf Mountain for skiing in the winter and the New Hampshire lakes region in the summer
