Although she’s a newcomer to the real estate industry, Katie Norton is no stranger to buying and selling homes. While raising their three sons, she and her husband successfully bought and sold six homes. So, Norton brings a long list of referrals and experience from her past careers and real estate investments.

“I have always had an eye for real estate transactions, whether it was a good market or not,” Norton says. “I understand the differences between an emotional connection to the deal and a business transaction.”

A passionate philanthropist, Norton also volunteers her time and financial support to many local organizations including Cradles to Crayons, the BC High Parents Leadership Association, Big Sister of Boston, Nantucket Boys and Girls Club and The Newbury Cup of Boston.

She resides between Milton and Nantucket with her family.
