Team leader Michelle Fermin first began a career real estate after searching for an investment property with her mother and realizing the need for Hispanic agents. When she obtained her license, her mother became her very first client. She founded the Fermin Group in 2010.

Since then, the Fermin Group has achieved over $1 billion in sales volume. Recently, it was recognized as the No. 5 Century 21 team globally and ranked the No. 1 team in New England by both Top Agent and the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals.

In 2022, The Fermin Group also launched a mentorship program for high school students. In its first year, the team mentored about 2,000 high school seniors on the fundamentals of real estate, financial literacy and building a career as an agent.
