Shant Banosian has closed on over 40,000 units and $9 billion in funded loans throughout his 20-year career, ranking as Guaranteed Rate’s No. 1 loan officer for eight years running and as the No. 1 loan officer nationwide for five years running. He was also featured on Mortgage Professional America’s Mortgage Global 100 list for 2020, 2021 and 2022 and is licensed in all 50 states.

Banosian’s goal is to simplify the mortgage process for his customers and make the home loan process easy to navigate. He and his team educate their borrowers throughout the mortgage transaction, so they understand their options and feel comfortable with their chosen loan program. He also puts his clients ahead of the competition through his ability to close loans in record time.

Community involvement is a very important part of Banosian’s personal and professional life, and he is extremely proud of his Massachusetts upbringing. He remains involved with Boston Children’s Hospital, The Greater Boston Food Bank and the Guaranteed Rate Foundation.

He resides in Belmont with his wife and three daughters.
