The recent sale of a luxury condo in Boston’s South End set a new record for the neighborhood.
The four-bedroom, four-and-a-half bathroom residence at Related Beal’s The Quinn sold for $7.399 million, making it the highest-priced condominium ever sold in the neighborhood. The property also set a record for the highest price per square foot in the South End at $2,736 per square foot. The unit also boasts a 1,536-square-foot private terrace.
The Quinn is the only building in the South End with $2,100-plus price per square foot sales with five total.
