Sotheby’s International Realty recently announced new leadership through the New England region. 

Greg Kiely, Shannon Buss, Jo-Ellen Erickson and Daphna Fields have all moved into new leadership roles within the company.

Kiely has been named CEO of Rhode Island-based Mott & Chace Sotheby’s International Realty. He was previously the vice president and brokerage manager of the Sotheby’s International Realty – Cape Cod Brokerages. 

Buss, in turn, takes on the Kiely’s roles at the Sotheby’s International Realty – Cape Cod Brokerages. Previously, she was the professional development manager for the Randall Family of Companies, the parent company of Kinlin Grover Real Estate. 

Erickson is now the Cape Cod regional director of Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty in Boston. She was formerly the assistant brokerage manager of the Sotheby’s International Realty – Cape Cod Brokerages.

Fields joined Gibson Sotheby’s International Realty as vice president of brokerage development.
