A new luxury apartment community in Cambridge is welcoming new residents.
Senné, along with KEMS and the Grossman Companies, is bringing condominium-style apartments to this new development located at 95 Fawcett St. in the Alewife section of the city.
The development encompasses a larger revitalization project of this corner of Cambridge, KEMS Development president Edward Doherty said in a press release.
The Brook, which officially opened on Jan. 1, features a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom units with condominium-style floor plans. The five-story building has 44 units with a garage on the ground floor with 44 parking spaces.
Building amenities include a dog wash, bike storage, garage parking and roof deck. The development is near shopping, dining, the MBTA, and the Alewife Brook Reservation, plus it offers easy access to Rte. 2.
“Cambridge is thriving, and these apartments bring vibrance to the already-bustling Alewife neighborhood,” said William Senné, Senné president and CEO.
