Where did you grow up? Burlington, MA
Growing up, what did you want to be? A lawyer…riveting, I know.

If you could meet any well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why? The Rock. He has found a way to grow his career from playing football, to acting, to being an entrepreneur, all while staying humble and relating to his fans. He has great dad posts!!
What is Boston’s best-kept secret? I’m a North Shore guy…so I’m going to have to say Roast Beef sandwich shops. Growing up, I always thought they were everywhere, but it’s really just in this area.
What do you love most about the industry? Seeing the excitement of someone realizing they’re getting their dream home in this market. There’s nothing like it. Totally cliche but it’s the best feeling.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job? And now the other side of the coin…telling buyers, even the aggressive ones, that their offer wasn’t accepted. It’s so tough and sometimes it’s without reason. I have trouble finding the words or even giving a good reason sometimes.
What’s your best advice for generating new leads? Networking through social media and staying consistent! Don’t ever give up, especially with marketing. It takes time to generate leads from a mailer or doing posts on social media. Patience is key.
What has been your greatest accomplishment? Becoming a father and being a present dad. The best thing about this job is being able to be there for my family when they need me. Family first!
What are you binge-watching/reading/listening to lately? Without “The Office” on Netflix, I’ve felt kind of lost, but “Handmaid’s Tale” is great on Hulu! Listening to a lot of ‘90s again lately, makes me feel young again as I approach 40.
What’s your favorite meal in Boston? Spicy Pork burrito from Anna’s taqueria. Hands down.
Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Boston? The brownstones in Beacon Hill. It’s like going back in time walking through there. It’s cramped with cobblestones and cute little hidden gardens.
What’s the weirdest thing that’s ever happened to you on the job? Walked in on a seller who was comfortably relaxing on the couch because he had forgotten about the private showing I scheduled.
What’s one thing people are surprised to learn about you? I used to be a cheerleader in college for a little bit. Long story, but it’s funny to see people’s reactions.
What is your favorite vacation spot and why? I love going to Dennisport or Harwichport with my family. We go every year and love the atmosphere of being on Cape in the summer.
In 10 words or less, what is your advice for someone new to the industry? Be patient and know the juice is worth the squeeze.
What’s your favorite real estate iPhone/Android app? I love Linq. It’s a great app for the link in bio for my IG. There so many different uses for it to promote myself and listings.
Who are your favorite people to follow on social media? The Rock, as stated above. Also, the agents from Selling Sunset are great to follow.
