Caldwell, a new luxury apartment community in Lynn, is now open for occupancy on floors two through eight of its 10-story, mixed-used development. It is also pre-leasing top floor units. These units include studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartments.
Caldwell is located at the former Spinny & Caldwell shoe factory site at 34 Munroe St. in historic Lynn directly across the street from the Central Square MBTA station.
Each unit is a smart unit, equipped with Alfred, an app-based personal assistant connecting residents with everything from cleaning to delivery, handyman services and more.
All elevators in the building can be called via smartphone, eliminating physically touching shared controls. A KONE air sanitizing system has also been installed in each elevator removing bacteria using filtration technology and UV-C light. The entire facility also has 24/7 continuously self-cleaning NanoSeptic technology for cleaning high-traffic public touchpoints.
“Caldwell is more than a place to live, it truly is an experience, and we designed the building to ensure a safe habitual lifestyle,” Michael Procopio, vice president of development at the Procopio Companies, said in a press release. “There are very few communities that offer an extensive list of amenities specifically gearing towards the wellness of occupants. Wellness and safety have arguably never been more important than they are now. We’re proud and grateful that we have taken necessary measures to have the facility safe and sanitized on a constant basis via high-end technology enhancements in each unit and in common spaces.”
