Tilia in Jamaica Plain is now taking reservations for November tours for their luxury and sustainable homes. The development is located in one of the greenest neighborhoods in the city and is minutes away from downtown Boston.
Tilia will include 30 condos ranging from 750-1,900 square feet with 1-2 bedrooms for the single level homes and 3 bedrooms for the duplexes, according to the company. The homes include garage parking for residents, laundry hookups in each unit and designer finishes throughout the home.
Condos are built with Daikin mini split HVAC systems that are equipped with Panasonic energy recovery ventilators (ERV). The ERVs make sure the air circulating in the units stays fresh by exchanging air 3 times an hour, helping to eliminate pollutants, pollen and allergens. Double- insulated walls and triple – glazed windows maintain warmth in the winters and coolness in the summer according to the company website.
