Waystack, who is executive broker at Jack Conway & Co. Harwich Port office, has been a leader in CCIAOR for nearly three-and-a-half decades, and currently serves as the National President of the Residential Real Estate Council, a NAR Affiliate organization.

“It is a rare feat for one of our members to hold a position of such national prominence, and Richard has used his position to show Realtors from around the world what they are and what they can be,” CCIAOR noted in a press release.

Waystack is a Director for the Cape and Islands on the Massachusetts Association of Realtors Board of Directors and also served on the CCIAOR Governance Task Force, assisting in revamping the organization’s governance structure.

“Aleta has also set an example through her commitment to the Realtors Political Action Committee (RPAC) as a consistent major investor and a champion of the causes to protect private property, promote homeownership and advance the real estate industry,” CCIAOR said.

She has served numerous terms as a Massachusetts Association of Realtors Board member, and she currently is CCIAOR’s representative on the National Association of Realtors Board of Directors.

Annie Hart Cool

The Good Neighbor Award was presented to Hart Cool, a broker with Sotheby’s International Real Estate in Falmouth, for her work on the Front Porch Project and the Falmouth Service Center.

“While at home during the early days of the COVID-19 shutdown, Annie launched #TheFrontStepsProject as a way to spend her time that was typically devoted to meeting with clients and showing homes,” CCIAOR noted. “In collaboration with her friend, local photographer, Lee Geishecker, Annie helped raise $30,000 through the program to support The Falmouth Service Center, a local charity close to her heart.”

A total of 270 households were photographed, with more than 1,000 faces and some 300 pets. “As more and more people wanted to be involved, Annie made sure to accommodate those in the medical field even if that meant photographing them in the evening after a long shift. A few weeks later, Annie pivoted the project to highlight fifty local businesses that reinvented themselves to support the community.”

CATIC Title Insurance

“The Affiliate of the Year award is given to an affiliate that creates value through the support of the association’s activities and have demonstrated their commitment to furthering the goals of the association members and the real estate community,” CCIAOR noted.
