BHHS and Real Living to connect agents to iBuyer clients with zavvie partnership
This week, zavvie, which describes itself as the only complete iBuyer platform for real estate brokers in the nation, announced a new membership with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices and Real Living Real Estate. Through the two brokerage’s Preferred Alliance Program, the company will provide agents with….
Mark Stark, CEO of Nevada-based Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices franchise Americana Holdings, noted that his firm’s partnership with zavvie allows agents to present all selling options to homeowners. “Homeowners want to see what iBuyers will offer. We can show them what it looks like to sell their home to an iBuyer, sell their home on the open market, or they may choose not to sell,” he said in a press release.
Additionally, the iBuyer service gives consumers more choices along with the assistance of professional real estate professionals. And according to Gordon Miles, President and COO in Las Vegas, Nevada, that is what homeowners want.
While many iBuyers pulled back during the economic turmoil caused by the coronavirus pandemic, zavvie co-founder and CEO Lane Hornung has a positive outlook on the return of the sector in the long term. “Brokerages must have an iBuyer strategy and a technology solution for their agents to tap into a business opportunity that will help fuel real estate’s bounce back,” he said.
MoxiWorks clients now have more options to create websites via 1000watt partnership
This week, real estate technology firm MoxiWorks announced a new partnership with 1000watt, a creative marketing agency that works with the housing industry. This will allow MoxiWorks clients to upgrade and revamp their website using expertise from the consulting agency.
York Baur, CEO of MoxiWorks, noted that the partnership will allow brokers to “take it a step further” when creating eye catching websites and have more control of the accessibility of their sites.
According to Brian Boero, CEO of 1000watt, traditional real estate websites often don’t offer the flexibility many brands need to compete for consumers’ attention today. “This partnership furthers 1000watts’ mission to help good companies articulate their value more effectively and differentiate through superior design, a challenge many brokerages have struggled to meet due, in part, to web platforms that place them in ‘digital handcuffs,’” he added.
