“We understand how critical the beginning of the loan process is and strive to do as much work as possible at the pre-approval stage even before a client identifies a property. We’ve been big on issuing pre-commitments to our clients (approvals issued without a property address at the pre-approval stage), which only expedites the mortgage process more once they have placed a property under agreement. When the deal goes live, you are essentially just buttoning things up, getting the property appraised and then working toward closing the transaction after a full commitment letter is generated.”

Despite advances in social media and technology we’re still in a referral-based business and use those platforms to enhance our Realtor relationships and bring value to them.”
