Century 21 Cahill Associates in Dorchester recently announced that David Cahill will take over as owner and managing broker for the company following the retirement of his mother, Karin.

Cahill has nearly 15 years of professional experience and has been the top-producing real estate agent at Century 21 Cahill Associates for the past decade. In addition, he has won multiple accolades, including the Quality Service Pinnacle Award and Century 21’s Centurion Award.

“I am excited for the opportunity to lead and spearhead the growth of our firm and build the vision for the future of the company,” he said. “We have become well-known for our excellent work over the past 35 years and we plan to continue.
