“I have always had a strong interest in the real estate market,” recalls Rowland. “My grandfather invested in Cape Cod real estate while I was a child, and my mother was tasked with managing the assets, which led her to open her own real estate office on Cape Cod.” Watching her family’s hands-on approach taught Rowland the value of diligence and local expertise, shaping her own career in luxury real estate.

After obtaining her real estate license shortly after college, Rowland, currently with Sotheby’s International Realty, spent years in data management before transitioning to real estate full time. Her corporate background enhances her ability to provide clients with detailed market insights. Over her 18-year career in real estate, she has achieved notable milestones, including facilitating two major waterfront sales in Osterville last year. “Local knowledge allows me to inform clients of critical items they may not be aware of, especially when it comes to coastal properties and conservation implications,” she says. One of her proudest accomplishments is listing a notable building in the Beacon Hill market, a testament to her expertise and dedication.

A Massachusetts native, Rowland has a passion for helping others and a commitment that extends beyond real estate. She serves as director of development for The Vincent Club, which supports women’s health care initiatives, and enjoys gardening, boating, traveling and playing bridge.
