Serving Massachusetts and southern New Hampshire, Hayford specializes in working with first-time homebuyers, downsizers, investors and veterans, ensuring they feel informed and supported every step of the way. “This process can be stressful,” she says, “but if I can alleviate the pressure while still guiding and educating, then I’ve done my job.”
As a North Shore native, Hayford has deep roots in the communities she serves. “Growing up north of Boston, especially in the North Shore and Greater Newburyport area, gave me an intimate knowledge and appreciation of these locations,” she explains. Now, as a southern New Hampshire resident, she loves introducing clients to the charm and beauty of this part of New England.
Over 90% of her business comes from repeat clients and referrals. “There’s no greater honor than when a client trusts me enough to recommend me to their family and friends,” she says. Her ability to build lasting relationships has created a loyal network, with many clients becoming lifelong friends.

When not helping clients find their dream homes, Hayford loves traveling, reading, beach and boat days, and entertaining at home. Above all, she values time with her husband, Adam, and their blended family.
