Applying for a home mortgage can be overwhelming, but borrowers and agents alike have many reasons to feel confident when working with mortgage professional Anne Marroni. She considers each client important and customizes loan programs to match their individual financial goals and needs.
Marroni has worked in the mortgage industry for over 30 years, including more than 10 as a managing partner at her own mortgage company. In addition to her background in financial services, she brings invaluable insight and perspective to every mortgage transaction.
Marroni joined the Danvers branch of Draper and Kramer Mortgage Corp. in 2020 as a vice president of residential lending. In 2021, she closed more than $48 million in home financing and qualified for the company’s exclusive President’s Club for top-performing loan officers. “The programs at Draper and Kramer are varied, and the resources are substantial,” she says. “I am able to service many families who may not have qualified previously.”
Many of Marroni’s clients are referrals from previous borrowers, real estate agents and financial professionals. She specializes in servicing first-time homebuyers, along with transitional borrowers who are upgrading to their second or third homes. Her other niches include complicated loans for self-employed borrowers, home improvements, investment properties and debt consolidation.
Her business style is personable and resourceful. “I enjoy developing relationships with borrowers and have stayed in touch with them through the years,” she says. “I also enjoy working with their other family members to help them achieve their dreams of homeownership.”
When not working, Marroni enjoys her early morning runs, traveling and creative writing. Going forward, she plans on continuing with what she does best — working with families to achieve their financial goals and helping them attain homeownership.
