Adam Geragosian, Senior Vice President at Compass, has more than 15 years of real estate experience. He has twice been featured on House Hunters, was selected as one of the Top 10 Boston Real Estate Agents by Renoviso, Boston Top 20, and 100 Most Influential Agents by Mastermind. He is also a source for both local and national publications. Adam is best known for his attention to detail and market knowledge.

“I find client experiences post-closing to be the most rewarding part of my job,” Geragosian says. “Seeing the impact a new home or profitable sale can have on people is pretty special. No matter how you look at it, a real estate transaction is life-changing. My goal is to always make that a change for the better.”

In the past 12 months alone, Geragosian sold 61 homes, totaling over $50 million worth of real estate. A recent sale of Geragosian’s resulted in a record price $150,000 higher than competing agents advised his client the home was worth. “I am a firm believer that custom marketing and creativity make all the difference,” he says. “No two homes are alike, so no two homes should be marketed the same way.”

Geragosian is graduate of Northeastern University School of Business. At NU, Adam also played Division 1 hockey. He is an active supporter of ASPCA and the Travis Roy Foundation. Geragosian currently resides in Charlestown with his wife Jessica, his daughter Emilia, and his Siberian Husky Niko.
