by Liz Hughes

Three new attorneys have joined Touchstone Closing, the company announced this week.

Emmanuel Ebot has joined the firm as a partner. Attorneys Meaghan Callahan and Catherine Powers have also joined the firm.

Ebot brings more than 15 years of residential and commercial transactions, condo development, land use, landlord-tenant matters and zoning experience to the company. He will be based in Touchstone’s newest office in Waltham.

“I’m thrilled to join this team of talented professionals — it already feels like a perfect fit. I look forward to contributing to the firm’s continued success,” Ebot said.

Ebot lives in Newton with his wife and three children.

Callahan joins Touchstone’s Boston office as an associate attorney. Callahan, who specializes in residential real estate, is a graduate of Suffolk University Law School, cum laude, and has extensive experience in real estate conveyancing. She’s also a Charlestown native.

Powers also joined the team as an associate attorney to Touchstone’s Boston office, where Touchstone said she was an instant success thanks to her outstanding client service and positive attitude.

“We are beyond thrilled to welcome such highly regarded attorneys to our growing team,” said John K. O’Donohue, Touchstone Closing co-founder and managing partner. “I have gotten wonderful feedback amongst the industry peers about these folks coming on board. It’s going to be an exciting 2025.”
