The DelRose McShane Team has joined Coldwell Banker Realty’s Belmont office, bringing its team of eight members to the office.
Led by Mike DelRose Sr., Mike DelRose Jr. and Bobby McShane, the group was formerly with RE/MAX Revolution in Watertown, which opened in 1989 as one of the first RE/MAX franchises in New England.
DelRose Jr. said moving the team over to Coldwell Banker was the best decision for their clients.
“No one else compares when it comes to brand recognition and tools to market our clients’ homes,” he said. “We are excited to be with a brokerage with such high standards for ethics, professionalism and organization.”
For the past five years, the DelRose-McShane group achieved between $650,000 and $1 million in commission income annually.
Three generations of the DelRose family have worked together in real estate.
DelRose Sr. spent four decades developing the real estate team. He opened The Gallery of Homes real estate franchise in the early 1980s before establishing his own RE/MAX franchise and later becoming RE/MAX Revolution. DelRose’s team is multifaceted and includes a transaction coordinator, financing professional and buyer agents. He also serves as a trustee at Watertown Saving Bank.
In 2009, DelRose Jr. joined the business. Operations manager of the team, he was inducted into the RE/MAX Hall of Fame in 2018 for his $1 million gross commission income and his contributions to the industry. DelRose Jr. served on the Greater Boston Association of REALTORS® grievance committee, which he chaired from 2022 to 2024 and in 2023 was a member of the strategic planning committee.
McShane, promoted to team lead in 2023, brings more than a decade of sales experience to the team, with a focus on adapting to new environments, markets and technology.
The team also includes sales associates Gail Boroyan, John DelRose, Peter DelRose and Jenna Figueiredo, as well as Mike Simoni, director of business development.
