Ligia Morales joined Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Commonwealth Real Estate at the brokerage’s Franklin office, departing from eXp Realty.

An agent since 2025 with over $13 million in residential sales, Morales attributed her brokerage transition to personal alignment with Berkshire Hathaway’s values of collaboration and community, according to a press release
