A newly-approved housing project in Boston’s Brighton neighborhood will add nearly 20 condos and feature a Dunkin’ restaurant.

Plans designate the condos as home-ownership opportunities that will be listed for sale, not rent.

Located at 344-350 Washington St., the six-story development will replace an existing structure set for demolition. Plans include the addition of 17 off-street parking spaces and over 20 bike storage spots.

Choo & Company, Inc. will serve as the project’s architect.

“Residents of the proposed project will be at no shortage of shops, restaurants, parks and other conveniences in this active corridor of the city,” developers said.
