In 2009, Anthony Lamacchia launched the independent brokerage Lamacchia Realty Inc. As the brokerage grew along with the other companies within Lamacchia Companies Inc., Lamacchia promoted Jackie Louh to chief operating officer, which allowed him more time to do what he does best: train agents and chart a path forward for his companies. 

At the end of 2022, Lamacchia Realty expanded into Connecticut with the opening of its Southington office, followed in 2023 by its Salem, New Hampshire, location. Later that year, fellow Massachusetts brokerages Foley Premier Properties in Falmouth, Right Choice Real Estate in Fall River and Keystone Property Group in Seekonk affiliated with Lamacchia Realty. In 2024, Sears Real Estate in Springfield, Emerson Realtors in Auburn, Briarwood Real Estate in Easton, Berkshire Dream Home in Dalton, Thrive Real Estate in Shrewsbury and Stoneridge Properties in Amesbury and Newburyport joined the team. In July, Tirrell Realty of East Providence, Rhode Island, became an affiliate.

Lamacchia has also made it a goal to give back to the community. In August 2023, the Lamacchia Cares Foundation was granted 501(c)(3) status. The foundation supports and raises funds for local causes, including Boston Children’s Hospital, which has received more than $356,000 of its support since 2017.
