Heather Calcagni will serve as senior director of operations, marketing and revenue management for Peabody Companies.

The Dover resident joined Peabody in November 2018 and previously served as the company’s director of revenue management.

In her new role, Calcagni will oversee aspects of Peabody’s residential portfolio, which includes 14,650 units of housing across New England, New Jersey and Florida.

“Heather’s promotion is a reflection not only of her leadership qualities but also of the deep commitment she brings to our communities each day,” Peabody Principal and CEO Melissa Fish-Crane said in a press release. “Her ability to bridge operations, marketing and revenue management will continue to elevate our mission and impact across the region.”
