Lupoli Companies began construction on a 50-acre residential development in Littleton on May 5. The project, called King Street Crossing, will sit on the former site of the IBM campus.
Lupoli Companies is led by Sal Lupoli, founder of Sal’s Pizza. The company has invested $1.5 billion dollars into ongoing projects across New England. King Street Crossing marks the latest of the company’s Boston-area real estate developments.
Spanning 46 acres, King Street Crossing will bring over 1,000 residential units to the area, including 70 luxury condos. The development will also feature a boutique hotel, retail and office space and an industrial area.
