The S.K. Pierce mansion, an alleged hotspot for paranormal activity, hit the market for $1.2 million earlier this month.
Located at 4 West Broadway in Gardner, Massachusetts, the home is the second-most haunted home in New England and ninth in the United States, according to the property listing.
The attraction’s official website claims that ghosts of the home’s original owners, as well as those of boarders who died during their stay, still haunt the property.
The Victorian mansion features seven bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms across three stories. Many original historic details have been preserved. Zoned for residential or commercial occupancy, buyers could dwell in the home or choose to capitalize on its ghostly reputation.
Brenda Albert of LAER Realty Partners is managing the listing.
