What was your most interesting job before going into real estate? Photographer

Where did you grow up? Waltham, Massachusetts

Growing up, what did you want to be? A lawyer

What do you do to relax when you’re stressed? Spend time with family and friends.

If you could meet any well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why? Mark Cuban because he came from nothing and became a power house is in his field while still remaining humble and helping others.

What is Boston’s best-kept secret? Cucina Italiana in the North End – the best lemon chicken you’ll ever have.

What do you love most about the industry? Being able to help people find a home they love. Home is the foundation of life where the good and bad are held and it can be a make or break for happiness.

How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? Not only do I have immense amounts of knowledge and education, but I’m very empathetic and create a relationship with my clients that isn’t only professional but also personal.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job? Trying to keep spirits up. It’s very easy for clients to get discouraged when their offer isn’t accepted or there’s a bump in the road. It can be difficult to keep their spirits uplifted but their faith and trust in me allows me to do that

What’s your best advice for generating new leads? Network network network. Meet as many people as you can and promote yourself anywhere and everywhere. Create relationships with people that aren’t solely based on business make friendships first!

What has been your greatest accomplishment? Reaching three times my goal sales in my first full year in the business. I worked incredibly hard to build my business during a tough time in the market and economy and pride myself in doing well against all odds!

What are you binge-watching/reading/listening to lately? I’m binge watching “The Sopranos!” I watch the show every winter, it’s my favorite!

What’s your favorite meal in Boston? The wagyu beef carpaccio at Smith and Wollensky

Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Boston? The State Street building! It’s stunning and always stands out amongst the rest.

What’s the weirdest thing that’s ever happened to you on the job? A client had me hold her baby for 20 minutes while she looked around a property (although I loved it).

What’s one thing people are surprised to learn about you? That I have two different colored eyes! It takes time for people to notice but it’s always surprising to people.

What is your favorite vacation spot and why? Aruba! Strictly for the private island at the Renaissance Marriott called Flamingo Island.

In 10 words or less, what is your advice for someone new to the industry? Have trust in yourself and others will trust in you!
