Three Massachusetts residents have been named Coldwell Banker’s 30 Under 30 Class of 2024, recognized for their real estate achievements.
The Massachusetts honorees on the list include Cody Rogers of Andover, Evan Fogarty of Andover and Nick Nahid of Boston and Haverhill.
The Coldwell Banker 30 Under 30 Class of 2024 Award honors real estate professionals under 30 for their achievements in sales, leadership and philanthropy. The award honors the legacy of Coldwell Banker founders Colbert Coldwell and Arthur Banker, who founded the company when they were 24 and 28.
Award winners were chosen from Coldwell Banker’s network of more than 98,000 affiliated sales professionals worldwide.
