Kristen Keegan, co-owner of Silver Key Homes at LAER Realty, has been named Realtor of the Year by the Massachusetts Association of  REALTORS® (MAR).

Keegan was recognized for her contributions to the industry and her “relentless” commitment to excellence in serving clients across Massachusetts and New Hampshire. 

She began her career in 2004 and has built a reputation as one of the most respected professionals in the field, according to MAR. At Silver Key Homes, she led a team of 18 agents, consistently achieving impressive results and helping hundreds of families achieve homeownership,

Keegan has also held several prominent industry positions. In 2020, she served as president of the Northeast Association of Realtors (NEAR). A two-time recipient of NEAR’s Realtor of the Year award, she was honored with the organization’s Distinguished Service Award in 2022. 

She also served as Northern Region Vice President for MAR in 2024 and on the National Association of  REALTORS® (NAR) Sustainability Advisory Group.
