1515 Commonwealth Avenue, a development by The Davis Companies, will offer 88 condominiums in the Aberdeen neighborhood of Boston.

Units range from studios to three bedrooms, with an expected delivery in the fall.

Amenities include concierge and building security, food delivery nook, private work rooms and co-working space, fitness center, bike room, dog wash and garage parking with electric vehicle charging. There will be ample spots to entertain, with a clubroom featuring a kitchen, fireplace and dining area, plus a golf simulator and a deck with grilling, games and lounge space. A rooftop terrace will feature a fire pit and bar.

A second building in the development will offer apartments for rent.
